• Have 3+ years of hands-on dental office management experience—and understand the unique flow, demands, and priorities of a dental environment
• Understand scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance workflows, and team structure in a clinical setting
• Are a leader at heart—you motivate, coach, and lead by example, with integrity and clear expectations
• Create a drama-free, respectful environment where teams grow and patients feel valued
• Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels—from front desk to clinical staff to patients
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where initiative and accountability matter

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage day-to-day front office operations
• Guide team performance and accountability through consistent coaching and support
• Ensure effective scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication
• Support practice growth through exceptional service and internal leadership
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure seamless care delivery
