Location: REMOTE based in the United States

Responsible for developing all aspects of JLL’s Sourcing and Procurement Solution which can include hard and soft services costs, and technical RFP Questions and Answers. Role requires a high degree of interaction with Sales and Solutions teams, JLL Preferred Suppliers, Business Line leaders and Sourcing and Procurement team members - must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation. The chosen candidate will need to understand the client requirements, interrupt and seek to clarify information and data to develop a winning Supply Chain solution.
 
Responsibilities:

• Review client RFP documents and identify key data required to develop outsourcing packets for underwriting

• Proficient experience in sourcing processes including  data collection and analysis, contracts examination, market analysis, RFP project management, bid analysis and pricing negotiations, and implementation.

• Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities

• Negotiate with supplier on submitted cost proposals to ensure we have accurately underwritten and documented any assumptions to our pricing

• Engage JLL Preferred Suppliers (or Clients suppliers) to seek savings glidepaths, benchmarks or an underwritten solution

• Partner with JLL Preferred Suppliers and field any Q&A’s required to develop a validate proposal

• Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures

• Review and analyze data to make effective business decisions

• Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements

• Other duties as assigned

 
Education and experience

• 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, prefer Supply Chain or Procurement
• Facilities management experience a plus

 
Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Experience in developing and execution of supply solutions, processes and procedures

• Excellent Inter-personal and organization skills. Ability to communicate effectively and obtain buy-in with internal customers

• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines

• Strong analytical ability

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
