Position Title: Repair & Shop Technician       

Department: Hoback Sports Repair – Jackson, WY

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time/Part Time

FLSA: Non-exempt

Position Overview

To perform professional level ski/snowboard/bicycle technical services as well as manage effective communication with customers about service requests. This role also supports the rental and retail departments with necessary service needs to ensure quality customer experiences at Hoback Sports. 

 

 

Job Duties

• Provide excellent customer repair and tune services.  
• Complete service work on skis/boards/bicycles with accuracy and efficiency  
• Check in/Check out customer repair/service work  
• Effectively communicate service recommendations to customers  
• Research and work with management to order necessary repair parts through a variety of distributors.  
• Support Rental Department in servicing/upkeep of winter/summer rental fleets  
• Support Retail Department with bike builds and repairs as needed  
• Ensure that every guest has a quality experience at Hoback Sports

• Physically fit and ok being on feet all day.
• Mechanically inclined to operate machinery.
• Knowledge of the ski/snowboard/bike industry
• Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
• Repair experience preferred.
