Within your Department in Timisoara, you will belong to one of the Squads, each composed of 10-20 experienced, supportive and inclusive colleagues who will guide you. </p> <p>Your team has objectives to deliver in a sprint (2 weeks). In an environment where trust and autonomy are encouraged, each team member selects the tasks to work on and exchanges daily with his/her team mates on the progress and difficulties.  </p> <p><strong>What you will learn and contribute to </strong></p><p> You will join Research and Development 5G Software team, responsible for developing software functionalities for the Nokia 5G base stations, ready to be delivered to customers all over the world.  </p><p> </p><p><strong>Software Development Mission </strong></p><p>You will contribute to the development of software functionalities in our base station product and be involved in the complete development cycle (specifications, coding, testing). You will bring a valuable input to a large and complex project, that will upgrade both your technical and personal skills.  </p><p>In general, in 5G positions, our days are composed of: </p><ul><li>software development using latest C++ standards </li><li>specification, implementation and code maintenance </li><li>continuous collaboration with internal colleagues </li><li>constant learning and self-development </li></ul><p> </p> <p><strong>Your skills and experience:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of latest C++ standards such as C++ 11 or above (14, 17)  </li><li>Good STL knowledge (container, algorithm) and templating </li><li>Programming experience in Linux environment </li><li>Good memory management skills </li><li>Good understand of IPC and multithreading </li><li>Equally important, you are dedicated to learning, welcome feedback, show flexibility and take initiative. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Nice to have:  </strong></p><ul><li>Basic Python and/or Scripting knowledge  </li><li>Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins </li><li>Familiarity with UML, XML diagrams </li><li>Experience with test driven development (ex.
