Nature of Work:

The Membership Services Representative is responsible for handling daily inbound and outbound calls and processing tournament entries.

Examples of work performed:

• Answering inbound calls to enter tournaments.
• Making outbound calls related to tournament entries.
• Assisting the Membership Services/Marketing Manager with field balancing and related processes.
• Data entry. 
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  1. High school graduate or 3+ years of relevant experience in related field. 
  2. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
• Preferred
  1. Associate degree or higher in marketing, business administration, organizational communication, public relations or related discipline.
  2. Experience working in the tournament fishing industry. 
  3. Experience working in the hospitality industry. 
  4. Experience working in a membership-based organization.
