We are the owners of production infrastructure, managing thousands of servers scattered in multiple data-centers around the globe.

You will:
- Responsible for assisting with projects and repairs throughout the Data Centers globally
- Plan and execute operational frequent action items to maintain healthy data centers with top hygiene and order state
- Understand and debug network, hardware Linux and Windows OS related issues
- Debug and operate VMware, OpenStack clusters DNS, LDAP and MS AD
- Manage SAN/NAS aspects in production
- Perform server upgrades, integration, rebuild and other projects as required
- Track issues and analyze data, looking for trends and systemic issues
- Help identify specifications for tools that facilitate deployment and decommissioning of server hardware at scale
- You will participate in the occasional on-call rotation supporting the infrastructure.
- Travel to data centers globally 25%-35% of the time
- Take an active part in designing and architecting large scale data centers aiming to continuously improve data center layout and capacity as a response for Global Products and Technology programs and business initiatives needs.
- You have:
- Hands-on experience in high-scale production environment
- Experience with servers health reviews, troubleshooting, hardware and spare parts health status checks
- Proven hands-on experience with physical servers management and spare parts failures handling, repairs and replacements
- Proven work experience under 99.999% Uptime constraints, operational controls and change management lifecycle
- 6+ years maintaining Linux or virtualized environments
- Decent level of networking and network hardware knowledge such as Cisco and Arista Switches, Routers, Top-of-rack switch configuration
- Knowledge with Python and Shell scripting and automation tools such as Rundeck, Ansible
- Knowledge with on-premises data center management including vendors and smart hands collaborations.
- Experience with Storage install base and SAN/NAS technologies - Hitachi, Netapp, Nimble, Brocade, veritas cluster
- Experience with configuration management (Puppet), Cobbler or similar tools
- Understanding of out-of-band/lights-out server communication methods, such as IPMI and redfish.

The salary range for this role will be between $[111,000 ] to $[140,000 ]. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, your location, and your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
