We are seeking a Finance Leader to support our productivity programs. As part of ongoing transformation, integration, and restructuring efforts, we run various programs focused on reducing costs and improving margins. We identify and track multi-year savings opportunities and costs in collaboration with our finance and business teams. This role would lead the financial management support of these programs.
Responsibilities
- Establish overall productivity process, calendar, and tracking mechanisms across multiple programs running parallel over multi-year periods.
- Manage our One-time Investment (OTI) budget and monitor restructuring expenditures in collaboration with accounting to ensure accuracy and in line with our strategy and debt covenants.
- Lead deep dive analysis on monthly results, identify variances, reach out to key stakeholders, and ensure ongoing resolution to deliver on commitments.
- Support project-based cost reduction efforts, ensure de-duplication across programs, and collaborate with the rest of the Corp FP&A team to ensure clear integration between forecasted EBITDA and productivity/OTI assumptions.
- Oversee journal entries and approval process in collaboration with controllership.
- Support business transformation leadership (c-suite) and partner with our regional and functional finance business partners to track and report results.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and present them to leadership.
- Manage a team of 1 manager plus additional capacity to be staffed out of our Pune Hub.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of FP&A and financial business partnering experience.
- Action-oriented and building strong, long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal functions.
- Experience in planning and forecasting for revenue and expenses.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
- Ability to navigate in an ERP and Consolidations System (SAP & HFM a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
