Your Role Accountabilities:
Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures
Support T&E and Corporate Card processes to ensure operational success (i.e. review of employee claims is timely and accurately assigned based on accounting rules (Tax related), corporate card activation, deactivation, amendment request etc.)
Communicate complex issues and effectively handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, resolution and effectiveness
Handle escalated and time sensitive requests for PTP activity
Produce T&E and Corporate card reporting to support operational needs
Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems
Support audit and other SOX & internal control requirements from Statutory and Internal Auditors
In-depth knowledge of Warner Bros. Discovery policies
Ad hoc assignments as required by management
Analysis of accounts in terms of records, checking of posting documents on an ongoing basis
Manual posting of expenses if required
Analysis and clarification of balances on accounts settlements with employees
Participation in the preparation of deductions of unsettled advances of employees.
Handling queries from employees through Service Now
Auditing of submitted documents to Concur based on company policy
Corporate credit card master data management
Qualifications & Experience…
Medium profiled, higher economic are welcome
Knowledge of Polish accounting and legal regulations related to the area of employee expenses, especially tax / VAT
At least 2 years of experience in accounting
SAP FI knowledge
Concur knowledge
Graduate (With 7-9 years of experience in total at least)
Previous experience in T&E Claims essential
Good to have experience of Corporate Card Administrator
Strong, written communication skills
May occasionally provide training to business users
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Attention to details
Good understanding of cultural sensitivity and customer service ethics
Global mindset & flexible approach to work
Must be able to work well in a team or individually.
Good team player
Problem solving skills - uses own judgement based on existing procedures and policies to decide on appropriate action
Excellent written and oral communication in English
