Position: Full – Time / On-Site
Salary: $86,000.00- $96,000.00 Annually

Caladwich Consulting is seeking an Senior Business Analyst to provide program support to program Directors within the NIDDK by analyzing and evaluating, quantitatively or qualitatively, the effectiveness of various projects in meeting established goals and objectives as well as analyzing and integrating program financial, technical, and other information.
Daily Hours of Operation are 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
Core Responsibilities- SM Expertise in the following fields:
· Plans and designs complex business processes and system modifications. Makes recommendations to improve and support business activities.
· Organize meetings and conferences (workshops, workgroups, steering committees, etc.), including travel planning for visiting subject matter experts and scientists (clinical and basic research).
· Interact with scientific panelists, review comments in applications and create scientific correspondence accordingly.
· Attend meetings and workshops; write, edit and distribute scientific meeting minutes and summaries as well as track and follow up on action items.
· Maintain real-time administrative budget records for multiple Common Fund (CF) programs (track expenses for travel, workshops, etc.).
· Work with program staff to collate information into annual reports for multiple CF programs.
· Implement set organizational priorities and provide a wide range of liaison and administrative services to Program Directors and outside scientific community.
· Produce a wide range of documents; address a variety of office needs which may include word processing, information management, report preparation, publications, information gathering, communication.
· Prepare correspondence for the Division, Branch Chief or Executive Officer’s signature.
· Enter and track all orders in the NIDDK POTS, ensuring proper documentation is included in orders; submit receiving in POTS for staff as needed.
· Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs.
· Develops business specifications to support complex modifications.
Requirements
Requirements for Candidate:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business management or Business related field
· Minimum of (3) Years experience displaying qualitative and quantitative analytical skills in analyzing and evaluating.
· Intermediate level experience in the use of spreadsheets, databases, and websites.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; to include PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint
· Must be able to focus on computer monitor/screen for extended periods of time.
· Excellent oral, written, and plain language communication skills
· Ability to effectively manage time and interact with all levels of an organization.
· Keen ability to multi-task effectively in a rapid changing environment.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Experience working with the Federal Government is preferred
· Working Knowledge of Federal Grant Funding Process is preferred
