Job Description
Publicis Digital Experience is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Talent team!
In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, Learning & Development and provide support to the L&D function across the entire PDX pillar with a focus on administration, operations, reporting, data tracking, and performance analysis. Sample tasks will include including inputting participant information, synthesis of program evaluations, creating classes in our e-learning platform, tracking compliance, and conducting follow-ups when necessary.
We are looking for someone who will be passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our people as well as about growth, development, and coaching in general. You should feel at home with an audience and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite collaboration an average of 3 days/week. You must be local to the Chicago area and willing to commute into our offices at 35 West Wacker on a regular basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive content management with our proprietary LMS including adding and removing courses, managing attendees, updating data, tracking participants, sending post-course evaluations, etc.
- Support leadership development programs through participant tracking, registration, communication, evaluation and learning system navigation.
- Serve as a primary contact for intake and consultation for L&D needs within our digital agencies.
- Serve as an operational SME and curator of e-learning content and ambassador of LMS initiatives/tools.
- Partners in the development and maintenance of various programs materials including communication templates, educational materials and forms.
- Work closely with HR and Talent Program teams to stay aligned on all initiatives.
- Book travel, accommodations, and venues, set up classrooms, procure class materials, and order food for programs when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Learning and Development and/or HR program support, design, and implementation.
- Program/project management experience including managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with industry L&D trends and best practices and adult learning theory (including the ADDIE model) preferred.
- Comfortable presenting information to a team of internal stakeholders; may occasionally facilitate training if needed.
- Proficient in 1 or more instructional design or LMS tools (Captivate, Blackboard, etc.).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including the creation of custom pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting.
- Prior experience managing and maintaining content within an LMS, CRM, CMS, or ERP strongly preferred.
- A love of data, analysis, and figuring out the "why."
- Experience supporting internship and/or corporate training programs for college/high school students and/or current employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously-evolving environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity will love it here.
- Self-directed and independent with outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
