This position reports to the Head of Finance Sourcing & Procurement  - Clusters and Regions and is responsible for acting as Finance Business Partner for one of the Sourcing Clusters.

Role and responsibilities

As Senior Finance Business Partner you act as a business partner for our Sourcing Cluster as part of the Supplier Cluster Management team. You create financial and business insights into the Sourcing Cluster and the related stakeholder field. You drive effective decision making in achieving our strategic objectives and process improvements. In this role you effectively work together with other finance and business teams within ASML. Your responsibilities:

• In this role you will act as a senior business partner interacting with controllers as well with business counterparts and external suppliers for the sector Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.

• You will drive periodical planning and performance management cycles.

• You will drive adoption of insight based, high quality decision making throughout ASML.

• Partnering with the business and drive optimal supplier decision making at strategic and tactical level.

• Driving optimization and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.

• Effectively organizing management reporting & analysis

• Driving the Sourcing community in cost down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases

• Driving purchasing conditions, reviewing Supplier contracts and validating purchase requisitions

Education and experience

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred.

• You have > 14 years relevant experience in Finance roles, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering as part of a Management Team, in large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.

• Experience with working in a matrix organization.

• Ability and experience of effectively communicating and influencing across all levels of a large global organization.

Context of the position

The job is part of the ASML finance organization, within the Financial Business Partnering team. Within this department, we are looking for a Senior Financial Business Partner for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. He or she reports to the Head of Finance Sourcing & Procurement – Clusters and Regions and will interact with various departments in and outside of finance.
