WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday | Standard business hours (EST/PST flexibility may be required)
PAY RATE:
$42.00 Per hour
CONTRACT TERM:
January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (with potential extension through June 30, 2027)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Use basic analytic methods and knowledge of health benefits to analyze client experience and trends.

Evaluate the success of health-related program investments.
-
Confidently respond to client questions and present actionable recommendations.
-
Advise clients on analytic methods and ad hoc reporting.

Actively participate in the development of analytic deliverables, monthly database testing, and peer review.

Support the team with process improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
-
Minimum 1 year in the healthcare industry and 1 year of quantitative analysis experience.

Ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor with minimal managerial guidance.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Familiarity with data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Tableau).

Basic understanding of healthcare data and terminology (claims data, ICD-10, CPT codes) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:

2–3 years in the healthcare industry and 2–3 years of quantitative analysis.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
