About the job

The company is growing fast which impacts the way we operate. Sales has always been at the heart of our organization. Generating high-quality leads is the fuel for our sales engine. We can’t live without it. It takes tactical skills and perseverance to master this job, so we’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic sales development representative to support and bring our sales to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who is results-motivated and wants to work within a fast-growing company that is rapidly expanding.

Key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for bringing Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to your Account Executive team in your focus industries (FMCG, Retail, or Entertainment) & territory (US & Europe).
• Build, execute & optimize outbound campaigns, based on our Ideal Customer Profile, key wins, closed lost deals, and a cockpit full of buying signals
• Incorporate a Multi-channel approach to initiate new business conversations
• Work closely with your Account Executives and team up to drive and close a high-quality pipeline.
• Be part of a highly collaborative team that shares best practices, wins, and loses together in order to overachieve on targets.

Besides being fun to work with, you...

• Have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
• Have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing) and are fluent in English
• Are results-driven, energetic, and able to motivate yourself to hit your targets
• Pay attention to detail and are able to find the balance between speed and perfection
