Job Title: Sample and Styling Operations Coordinator  

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Marketing to...

 

Coordinate all sample needs for the fashion team (multiple shoots inclusive of market, brand campaign, seasonal editorial campaigns, ECOM, gift guides, social shoots)

• • Responsible for fashion team’s sample trafficking:  inventory, sample shares, sample ETD’s, product accuracy, request/return with external vendors
  • Shop/Return supplemental prop clothing for brand stylist
  • Work cross functionally with closet sample coordinator, PR, merch, PD and ecom teams on sample coordination
  • Own and create seasonal master pull documents that track and coordinate all samples for multiple shoots across all categories
  • Set up and prep for all style-outs and creative shoots
  • Prep/breakdown/return all product for seasonal fashion presentations
  • Pack/account/wrap/return all samples from all creative fashion shoots
  • Support brand stylist on set
  • On set support for editorial campaigns, inclusive of coordinating product to/from set, unpacking/packing all samples, accounting for samples on set, wrap + return all samples after all editorial shoots. 
  • Accountable for vetting product accuracy of all editorial samples
  • Maintain and merchandise the fashion team’s sample closet
  • Restocking styling kits
  • Partnering with sample closet and ECOM sample coordinator to sample sale wrapped seasons
  • Dry cleaning

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Prior sample coordination experience
• Familiar with Fashion GPS
• Proficient in google docs, excel, microsoft teams, zoom, and powerPoint 
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work early mornings/late evenings when applicable 
• Must have the physical ability to pack/carry large trunks 
• Strong communication and project management skills 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
