In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective assistance to resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems

• Identify and troubleshoot technical or service-related issues

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary

• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

• Stay updated on company products, services, and policy changes

Qualifications
