The position is an incredible exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic team with high ambitions in the very booming sectors of cloud, data and cybersecurity in Europe.</p><h3>Description du poste</h3><p>What can you expect?</p><ul><li><p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to work and partner directly with all Devoteam’s lines of business with a multi-cultural and international environment</p></li><li><p>The job interacts independently with a large variety of stakeholders and is guided by senior executives and managers of Devoteam</p></li><li><p>As a M&amp;A senior analyst you will work on the identification, sourcing and execution of M&amp;A transactions, this will give you the opportunity to interact with all the organization</p></li><li><p>You will work in a dynamic and rewarding team atmosphere</p></li><li><p>You are willing to travel throughout Europe</p></li></ul><p> We will count on you to:</p><ul><li><p>Source and identify potential opportunities with our operations and lines of business</p></li><li><p>Gather, analyse, and present information on potential acquisition targets</p></li><li><p>Participate to the execution of M&amp;A projects : from evaluating, to structuring LOI and offer letters, support/coordinate due diligence processes and prepare/participate in negotiations</p></li><li><p>Build balanced relationships with business stakeholders and counterparties which whom you will participate to the negotiation</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>What you need to have: </p><ul><li><p>Strong academic background: Masters in a numerical discipline (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.)</p></li><li><p>3 to 6 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment; corporate M&amp;A, investment banking, transaction services. Having an operational experience in cloud/data/cyber is a plus</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience with excel/google sheet and presentation tools (how to build a story)</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English  and German/Spanish</p></li></ul><p>What makes you stand out:</p><ul><li><p>The ideal candidate will have an international background, with a working experience demonstrating a M&amp;A capacity of 3 to 6 years</p></li><li><p>For us the ideal candidate would have the following skills : </p><ul><li><p>Strong analytical skills with an attention to details</p></li><li><p>Proactive &amp; sensitive to interpersonal and organizational aspects</p></li><li><p>Hands-on, agile and flexible</p></li></ul></li><li>General knowledge of the industry is plus, but not a requirement</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities to promote its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
