<p><b>Job titile </b>- <b>Assistant After Sales Spain (part-time)</b></p> <p><b>Your areas of responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Attend the stores claims and doubts about quality and after sales issues ( B2B)</li> <li>Fix those issues as soon as possible by following the company processes</li> <li>Improve the service quality and processes when possible </li> <li>Exchange the product in warranty if it proceeds</li> <li>Ownership of the administrative tasks </li> <li>Follow up of the repairs in the centralized workshop</li> <li>Attend the phone calls from the stores</li> </ul> <p><br/> <b>Your profile of qualification: </b></p> <ul> <li>Your profile of qualification:</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a post-sales or commercial department </li> <li>Commercial sensitivity</li> <li>Organization, rigor, ability to work as a team </li> <li>Mastery of the office package. Knowledge of a ticketing tool would be a plus. </li> <li>Spanish, English essential, fluency in Portuguese would be a plus.</li> <li>Residence in the Barcelona area</li> </ul>
