Responsibilities
The Executive Director for Senior Living provides the leadership and vision necessary to ensure that the facility has proper operational controls and reporting procedures in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes. Collaborates with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure. Oversees major workforce/resource decisions. Coordinates the administrative activities; to analyze and recommend the budget, to conduct administrative studies of facility operations and procedures; and to perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
2. Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
3. Minimum of five (5) years of health care operations at the leadership level.
4. Current state/federal/local required certification or license to manage an assisted living facility.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $47.74 to $69.11. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
