Then 3Shape offers a unique opportunity for you to become an International People & Culture Student Assistant, working across two commercial regions Europe and International Markets, covering 15+ countries.

You’ll have exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across our commercial organization and HQ functions. We are looking for a driven young professional with high ambitions of supporting the growth of our business by strengthening our people agenda within topics like Leadership Development and by managing global people focused projects, and who wants to join our journey of changing dentistry, at our global Headquarters in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

At our office, you’ll be able to enjoy our fantastic canteen with delicious meals. You’ll also be able to join a variety of fun social clubs, including our paddle club and our beer club, which brews beer for our Friday bars.

In this role you will join report to the Senior P&C Manager for Europe and International Markets, therefore becoming an integrated part of the commercial team in each region. You will be responsible for driving your own projects, co-driving bigger projects and support a wide range of processes, activities and tasks – both towards the commercial teams but also possibly towards all of 3Shape. The focus will depend on the strategic priorities and business opportunities; but is influenced by your ambitions and point of reference from work experience and studies.

As an International People & Culture Student Assistant, you have the following opportunities:

  • Your focus will be to co-drive key initiatives to deliver on our ambitious and business driven people agenda. The initiatives will focus on building and strengthening our local commercial teams, fostering a high engagement and enabling our leaders to grow their people. Your contributions will range from idea generation, conceptional strategy creation, data collection, to design of solution and global/local implementation roadmaps.
  • You will be a part of ensuring a professional approach when supporting our leaders. Therefore, you will be developing your project management and P&C toolbox as well as learning from direct interactions with our commercial senior leadership teams.
  • You will be in charge of planning leadership meetings / offsites and should be open to travel a few times a year to some of our local offices.

Professional competencies

  • You are in the last year of a Bachelor’s degree or on a Master’s degree within, business, strategy or people related fields and want to strengthen your commercial acumen and project management skills within the P&C discipline
  • As we are a global team, it’s a prerequisite to speak fluently English (written and spoken)
  • Being a proficient user of Microsoft Office is key (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Structured way of working and a flexibility to adapt to the high reactivity that characterized our customer-oriented organisation
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Experience with project management, tasks / stakeholder coordination or driving processes in larger companies is considered a strength.
