Senior VP & Managing Director of Capital Markets

GreenStone is seeking a Senior Vice President - Capital Markets Managing Director to join our team. This position is responsible for expanding and maintaining the organization’s capital markets lending opportunities with eligible agri-businesses, cooperatives, large production operations, other Farm Credit institutions, commercial banks, insurance companies, and other agricultural finance firms. In addition to driving these initiatives, you will lead a team of relationship managers to achieve our strategic goals. Leadership:

• Direct activities and initiate actions of direct reports toward accomplishing goals by clearly assigning responsibilities and tasks and establishing controls to monitor progress.
• Ensure direct reports have the necessary resources and authority to effectively perform their job.
• Keep direct reports informed of decisions, changes, and relevant information on a timely basis.
• Coach direct reports, provide performance feedback through a continuous performance management program, make salary and promotion recommendations, and facilitate their professional growth.
• Provide strategic direction on department initiatives driving consistency with the core business plan.
• Engage regularly with leaders to address challenges and improve workflow processes.
• Participant in Capital Markets Regional Credit Committee.
