As a Security Professional Front Desk in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location in Seattle, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a welcoming presence at the front desk, helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive observation and proactive communication. You will respond to inquiries, assist individuals as needed, and monitor access to the building, all while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves using modern technology, such as computers or tablets, and may include monitoring alarm panels. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees at the front desk in a professional manner.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and logging visitors as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Communicate and collaborate with property management and Allied Universal personnel regarding security-related matters.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions and/or information about the location.
• Follow all security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.
• Maintain accurate records and logs related to front desk activities and security-related incidents.
• Support emergency response activities from the front desk, following established protocols and instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
