About the Role

BentoBox is hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. This Senior Product Manager will manage and deploy a dedicated team of Engineers, Designers, and Product Operations associates to ensure restaurant operators have an exceptional experience interacting with BentoBox products. This is a high-leverage role that will have a significant impact on our ability to deliver value to restaurants and will include partnership stakeholder management throughout BentoBox and our parent company, Fiserv. 

What You’ll Do

• Shape and define the product’s roadmap through fact-based decision-making

• Track and communicate product plans, trade-offs, and results to a wide range of audiences

• Drive customer research in order to identify pain points and collect usability feedback

• Make smart decisions based on product metrics and data

• Collaborate with Product Design to prototype and test new user experiences

• Lead agile development ceremonies with your embedded and dedicated engineering and product design teams

• Coordinate with Product Operations and Product Marketing to launch products and measure their effectiveness

Experience We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher 

• 5 - 8 years of product management experience 

• Proven track record of successfully managing and shipping software solutions (product development lifecycle,  value propositions, OKRs and KPIs, cross functional collaboration, and has launched an end to end go-to-market strategy)

• Building and launching products that leverage machine learning (ML) and/or artificial intelligence (AI) 

• Experience in customer-facing reporting, primarily building impactful dashboards, insights, and benchmarking

• Expertise in digital KPIs and analytics tools (i.e. Metabase, Looker, Mixpanel)
