More than 5,200 brands—including L’Oréal , American Express, and Carnival Cruise —have trusted Sitecore to deliver the personalized interactions that delight audiences, build loyalty, and drive revenue.  To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to work as part of our Athens team.  Position Summary: We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Experience thinker to lead the design of generative AI experiences that set new standards in the industry.  You’ll be a part of the product design teamteam and work closely with other user experience designers, researchers, visual designers and front-end developers as well as product managers, back-end developers and architects in various project teams.  You love to innovate and have an appetite for trying out new methods and processes and take the experience design of our work to the next level.      Role and responsibilities:  
 

• Lead the design and development of user-centric generative AI experiences that set new standards in the industry. 
• Champion the UX strategy and execution from concept through to launch, focusing on creating prototypes that clearly demonstrate the capabilities of generative AI within our platforms. 
• Maintain a deep understanding of our target user personas, designing experiences that effectively meet their needs and exceed their expectations. 
• Utilize expertise in conversational and generative AI design to create interfaces that simplify complex processes into accessible and user-friendly solutions while keeping human in the loop 
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in design and generative AI, applying innovative ideas to continuously improve our offerings. 

 Job qualifications:  

• At least three years’ experience as a User Experience Designer with an impressive portfolio full of work that sets the bar in terms of ideas and craft 
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly as applied to web- and mobile-based applications 
• Great communication skills in english, highly enthusiastic and always collaborative, team oriented and fun to work with 
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms beyond the browser – mobile, multi-touch, widgets, desktop software, UI components and controls 
• Attention to details and being able to organized information and  
• visualize your designs through storyboards, wireframes, task flows, and prototypes to meet each stage of development 
• And interest in technology and the future
