Pay for this role is $26 hourly PLUS bonus.

This role will take place in-office at our headquarters in Renton, WA. We provide 3 weeks of paid training to get you started in this role. Ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the quality and capacity of appointments set for our outside sales team
• Maintain an effective day to appointment issued rate
• Territory maintenance through forecasting the Calendar
• Accurately complete necessary lead check and administrative duties
• Communicate with RBA Teammates effectively and clearly
• Support our culture of delighting internal and external customers

Requirements

What You’ll Bring – The Person

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required
• Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome
• Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers
• Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
