As a Vice President, National Accounts on the Rainbow Restoration team, a typical day for you will include:
- Support the President in the development, operation and promotion of the Company’s business and brand to national and regional insurance carriers as well as Third Party Administrators (TPA).
- Fully Embrace the Neighborly Code of Values and ensure the sales team incorporates it into their day-to-day activities.
- Assist the President in the execution of short term and long-range revenue and client goals as well as assist in budgeting for the Key Account Dept. based on corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Support the President in leading the franchise system to meet weekly, monthly, annual sales goals for direct insurance assignments.
- Assist in driving year-over-year same store sales growth by providing strong service level agreement training and support as well as leadership throughout the franchise system.

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years involvement with manage repair network and three (3) years in management.
Skills:
- Leadership oriented personality and the ability to effectively motivate the team to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Team oriented, as opposed to individually oriented. Be able to accept and respond to suggestions and constructive feedback in a healthy manner.
- Clear and precise communicator both in written and verbal communication.
- Possesses the ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) for a four-year college or university
