Remote Personal Injury Case Coordinator - Bilingual

TorkLaw personal Injury law firm is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Irvine office to take the role of Case Manager.

Our Case Coordinators are responsible for handling the pre-litigation phase of our personal injury cases from inception to settlement. They establish caring relationships with clients, and collaborative partnerships with our staff attorneys and support team. They have extensive contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in our legal cases.

As a Case Coordinator with TorkLaw, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient management of client cases. Your duties will include but are not limited to organizing and maintaining case files, coordinating communication between attorneys, clients, and relevant parties, and assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence. Case Coordinators participate in the gathering the records and evidence, resolving property damage claims, negotiating liens, tracking deadlines, coordinating medical treatment, and generally ensuring that all aspects of a case progress smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management of Client Cases: Uphold the integrity of our organization by ensuring a rigorous and methodical management of client cases.
2. File Organization & Maintenance: Develop, curate, and sustain an organized repository of case files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
3. Streamlined Communication: Serve as the nexus between attorneys, clients, and associated entities, ensuring that communications are prompt, precise, and comprehensively documented.
4. Legal Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, revising, and finalizing a range of legal documents and correspondences, leveraging your keen eye for detail.
5. Evidence and Record Compilation: Lead initiatives to accumulate records and evidentiary materials, reinforcing the foundational aspects of the case.
6. Property Damage Claim Resolution: Navigate the complexities of property damage claims, ensuring just and timely resolutions.
7. Lien Negotiation: Engage in strategic negotiations pertaining to liens, ensuring optimal outcomes.
8. Deadline Tracking: Implement and maintain a robust tracking system, ensuring no milestones or deadlines are missed.
9. Medical Treatment Coordination: Facilitate and oversee the coordination of medical treatments, ensuring client welfare.
10. Case Progress Oversight: Monitor and guide the progression of all case aspects, guaranteeing smooth transitions and milestones.
