About the role

Sr. Materials Analyst

As our Sr. Materials Analyst, you will perform a key role as the administrator for assigned Manufactured Products. You will provide supplier and project management support, order tracking, forecasting, and expediting.

Your Challenge

  • Processes schedules from project kickoff through delivery for Manufactured Product orders placed with Supplier Partners

  • Assists in project-related Buyer and supplier prioritization

  • Leads the execution of material acquisition strategies

  • Coordinates identification and delivery of all long lead-time materials

  • PO and Project Management review for details and completeness, and schedule review

  • Provide support in the area of Schedule Forecasting

  • Participates in Project Team meetings

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or other related field

  • Three (3) or more years of related, progressive technical or business management experience

  • Experience in a highly complex, highly regulated, low volume manufacturing environment

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Project

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written/presentational skills

  • Comfortable in a matrix organizational structure

  • Leader, Collaborator, Communicator

  • Ability to convert business needs / requirements into executable strategies

  • Excellent Customer service skills with a strong understanding of Customer relationship building

  • Self-starter; self-motivator; willing to do what it takes to get the job done

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
