Caregiver – Part-Time (Weekdays)

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee

Location: West Allis, WI 53227
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to support a client in their home. This role focuses on providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with dressing and personal grooming
Assist with grocery shopping and errands
Prepare simple meals
Support clients with incontinence care
Help maintain a safe and clean home environment
Assist with scheduling physician and laboratory appointments
Provide mobility assistance and safely support client transfers as needed

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
Experience providing incontinence care is preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to safely assist clients with mobility and physical support needs
Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
Non-smoker preferred for this assignment
