Role Overview:

This role will leverage a technical and industry SME background to open new opportunities through client impact. You will be working with enterprises, multi-national financial services, and capital market companies to understand, design, educate, and consult on technical and data management solutions. You will be responsible for integrating insights from internal and external specialists and developing deep expertise in client needs and requirements.

You will also be an important source of intellectual insight on a client project, framing technical problems as they impact business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive impact and client value. Specifically, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on technical solutions to support

You will lead engagements related to enterprise data problems related to capital markets, specifically in Asset Management, Market Infrastructure, and Exchanges. This can include topic areas like federated and siloed data design, high-volume sync and async system design, discrepancies between error-prone data sets, central market-data governance, and modern advanced analytics techniques to improve asset reporting and insights.

This role will include managing various stakeholders, including the client's development team, solution architect team, solution committees, security and risk team, project sponsors, etc. You will manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work. You will provide solution guidelines and ensure performance, resiliency, scalability, and compliance with security guidelines and requirements from the client.

You should have an applied knowledge of data, machine learning, IoT, IAM, storage, computing, networking, migration, and container services from AWS & Azure.

Experience / Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelor or Higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related technical field.
Experience architecting and building solutions within the Capital Markets and private equity space, including working on or with financial market infrastructure (DTCC, Nasdaq, etc), asset management, and private and public market transactions.
5+ years of service delivery leadership and/or sales experience in selling to a client as part of a delivery job.
10+ years of work experience in the digital or analytics space, with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact with industry expertise in financial services/asset management.
Service mobilization and transition experience.
Enterprise Architecture experience scoping, designing, and delivering against cloud and data transformation initiatives.
Data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, data visualization, and other data integration techniques.
Assessing organizational data maturity and building solutions to improve, including data governance, data quality, and data management.
Client Relationship Management skills.
Value Proposition skills.
Proposal development skills.
Win Strategy Development skills.
