We are looking for a TMM STORES MRP CONTROLLER to join our engineering team in Freeport, TX.

As a TMM Stores MRP Controller, you will

• Being responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the storeroom at the Freeport Plant.
• Providing a reliable inventory of spare parts and technical materials for the maintenance mechanics and the production operators.
• Broad working knowledge of mechanical and I&E spare parts.
• Storing repairs GSI/RMA offsite/onsite repairs – track and report.
• Preforming daily cycle count for Stores inventory and report and discrepancies to manager.
• Crediting / tracking all returns back into inventory via Stores credit app.
• Preforming reconciliation for refurbished spares returned to storeroom.
• KPI Reporting.
• Assisting customers onsite and offsite warehouses.
• MRP controlling for UTFR & UTFY.
• Assisting Stores personnel with pulling stores reservations, stocking parts, and delivering when needed and project TAR work.
• Back up all departments within TMM Freeport.
• Creating department notifications/permits.
• Making a continuous effort to reduce and/or combine parts for present and future inventory levels.

If you...

 

•    High School Diplomas or education that includes courses in business management, accounting, and mathematics
•    5-7 years of MRO-Spare part experience
•    Demonstrate good customer service and housekeeping skills
•    Ability to handle multiple PC Applications
•    Extensive Knowledge of SAP    
•    Computer proficiency with Office
•    Strong oral and written communication skills    
•    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment    
•    Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Handle non-routine jobs efficiently
•    General Shipping Instructions
•    Fork truck license
•    Walkie stacker/ruger license
