Job Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Lake Forest, IL, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago.

As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide specialized care for adult patients and manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions. Highlights:

• Join a team of 4 established and well-respected Internal Medicine Physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals 
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with flexible schedule
• Call responsibilities: one week, once or twice a year
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support
• Multispecialty clinic within NM Lake Forest Campus and Immediate Care Center
• Hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest Hospital
• EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Valid and unrestricted IL license
