About the role
Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a passionate Product Specialist-PVC to join our Marketing team at our Headquarters located in Carlisle, PA. This position will help coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies, communication efforts, maintenance and innovation for the designated category of products
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing
- Maintains knowledge on emerging products and
- Executes efforts to develop new products in this category
- Maintains and develops promotional product literature and collateral
- Establishes project priority for product line development in collaboration with R&D and Operations
- Executes customer facing product promotion activities including presentations and training
- Designates and oversees code requirements and certifications

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least three years of experience in marketing or project management preferred
- Building material industry and channel experience preferred

- Office environment
- Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5
Travel Requirement:
- The required travel for this position may average up to 5 days per month
