Senior Product Owner (d/w/m)

4flow software develops a range of global standard software products for logistics and transportation planning that can be applied across all industries. The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management.

Here, product management focuses on the continuous identification and conception of functional and technical enhancements of the different software modules.

What your new challenge will look like:

As a Senior Product Owner (d/f/m) for one of our eight cross-functional development teams at 4flow, your responsibilities include:

• Taking on the role as interface between our external partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Key Account Management, Product Management or Software Development)

• Managing close contact with our customers to understand their software requirements, needs and wishes to evaluate their requirements.

• In the next step, align with our internal feature teams on the requirements to design and specify software features as well as ensuring a smooth rollout.

• Building a deep knowledge of the 4flow software system landscape and the related logistic processes. The goal is to use this knowledge for designing new software functions and components.

• Aligning and exchanging knowledge about practices and solutions with other Product Owners and Stakeholders.

• Taking part in cross-divisional meetings at 4flow software to align on goals and roadmaps.

• Supporting sales and presales activities
