Job Summary

As a member of the Business Solutions team, you will support the execution of small, medium, and large-scale business transformation efforts across the organization by leveraging your knowledge of business operations, project management, process improvement, and change management to positively impact operational efficiency.

Required Job Qualifications:   

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience, or 10 years of experience in process improvement, change management, business transformation, or similar role 

• Experience leading or managing cross-functional business transformation initiatives 

• Proficient in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and waste identification 

• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience with Lean, DMAIC, and other tools 

• Experience applying Change Management principles and methodologies  

• Ability to influence outcomes and shape work without ownership or control  

• Strong project management skills and experience in agile delivery 

• Analytical abilities, including basic data analysis 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio 

 
Preferred Job Qualifications: 

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt 

• PMP certification 

• Prosci or CCMP certification 

• Experience with Minitab or other statistical analysis software 

• Insurance industry experience

Base Pay Range

$67,500.00 - $143,100.00
