Job Description Summary

Job Description

Under the direction of the Chief Research Administrator and in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, this position will be responsible for advising and supporting managers on human resource actions and international appointments across multiple divisions in the Department of Medicine (currently Renal, Rheumatology, Cardio, PAIR, Pulmonary, EDM, TMHG, Infectious Diseases, and Central Medicine); developing procedures for onboarding new staff and delivering training as a subject matter expert; works closely with all areas
of HR, the business offices and faculty. Oversee visa application and renewal processes for these divisions. The position will help develop position-specific
onboarding and training programs with supervisors that strengthen introductory and annual reviews for new employees.

This position reports to the Staffing and Recruiting Manager within the Department of Medicine and has a dotted reporting line to the PSOM Office of Research Support Services.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
