POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join our fast-growing C2H Air & Electric Team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Invoice all service orders submitted to billing by dispatch, major projects, and preventive maintenances
• Enter invoices on customer third party platforms and monitor for corrections and updates
• Support AIA billing for the Construction Department by printing, gathering signatures, notarizing, and submitting monthly construction pay applications by the twentieth of every month
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date
• Make collection calls by examining invoices that are late for payments
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger
• Work closely with other departments to resolve billing issues or disputes
• Monitor incoming payments and ensure they are applied correctly
• Make electronic or cash deposits to company bank accounts
• Generate, maintain and process Preventative Maintenance Agreements
