Staffing Technician

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting with assigned tasks.

• Contribute to infrastructure projects and tasks under supervision.

• Participate in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.

• Collaborate with the team to address infrastructure-related challenges and meet departmental needs.

• Support the development and maintenance of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.

• Continuously develop and enhance technical skills.

• Apply problem-solving abilities to address infrastructure issues.

• Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Typically, two or more years of relevant work experience.

• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.

• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

• Relevant certifications—such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect—are a plus.
