As part of the Global Operations Controlling Team at Heraeus Electronics, you will drive advancements in Operations Controlling processes for Heraeus Electronics supporting the Site Controlling teams in our production facilities across the globe. Your main responsibilities include global steering of Investment Controlling and Sustainability Reporting as well as supporting sustainable business growth of Heraeus Electronics through business case assessments and cost benchmarks.

 

Your Role and Responsibilites:

• Coordination of the global Investment Controlling for Heraeus Electronics; including steering of investment forecasting and planning, process governance and regular reporting to Management.
• Primary responsibility for consistent sustainability reporting at Heraeus Electronics, additionally Creation and review of businesses cases supporting Heraeus Electronics’ growth plans, as well as the creation of corresponding Management presentations.
• Proactive support for competitive COGS-development across all production sites.
• Harmonization and automation of Operations Controlling processes and support of local Site Controlling teams in process and system related
