The Team and Role:
Logitech is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Head of Global Indirect Procurement to lead our worldwide sourcing and purchasing for non-production goods and services. This director-level role will be critical in driving cost savings, maximizing supplier value, and ensuring a robust, scalable indirect procurement function that supports the company's innovation, sustainability, and growth objectives, with sound policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution: Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive, global indirect procurement strategy that aligns with Logitech's business goals, focusing on categories such as IT (Software/Hardware/Services), Marketing, Professional (HR, Finance, & Legal) Services, Travel, and Facilities.
Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the global Indirect Procurement team. Act as a trusted business partner and primary point of contact for senior leaders across all functions (e.g. Commercial, Business/Product Groups, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT) to understand their needs and influence sourcing decisions.
Sourcing & Negotiation: Direct all major strategic sourcing activities, including RFQ processes and high-stakes supplier negotiations to achieve optimal cost, improved service levels, and favorable contractual terms.
Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce best-in-class procurement policies, processes, and systems (e.g., P2P, contract management) to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency across all indirect spend.
Value Creation: Drive significant, measurable year-over-year cost savings and avoidance, while also focusing on value-add opportunities such as supplier-led innovation, sustainability initiatives, and process standardization.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Implement a robust SRM program for critical indirect suppliers to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Hard Skills (Technical & Functional):
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Deep expertise in developing and executing global sourcing strategies for complex, high-spend indirect categories.
Advanced Negotiation: Expert-level skills in commercial and contractual negotiations, including legal terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
Financial & Spend Analysis: Spend analytics and financial reporting to identify and track savings/value.
Procurement Technology: Hands-on experience with major e-sourcing, spend analysis, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems (Oracle).
Contract Law & Risk Mitigation: Strong understanding of procurement-related legal terminology, contract structures, and the ability to work with Legal to manage commercial and operational risks.
