Working Student Retail Accounting

YOUR MISSION

• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
• Participation in ongoing projects internally
• Accounts Receivables Management especially for our ECOM business
• Process accounting entries
• Performing reconciliations of selected accounts
• Intercompany activities. Includes preparing reconciliations, invoice processing, balance confirmations, and reporting
• Preparation of monthly reports for external stakeholders

YOUR TALENT

• Enrolled student in business administration
• Ideally, first experience in Accounting, Controlling, Finance
• Very good MS Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office applications
• High degree of team spirit, commitment and motivation
• Flexibility, openness and communication skills
• Good English or German language skills
• Working hours: 2-3 days per week
• Starting Date: 01.08.2024, Duration: 6 months
