Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

Key Responsibilities in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine immediate and future staffing needs.
• Support day-to-day human resources functions, such as benefits administration, HRIS data entry, and employee record maintenance.
• Guide the employee experience by supporting performance management, engagement, and employee relations initiatives.
• Promote compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates and meet workforce goals.
• Support culture and retention programs that reflect our focus on professionalism, respect, and quality service.

Required Skills and Experience for Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Sound understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to confidentiality and detail.
• Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
