Our two-year, rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) provides challenging opportunities via short-term work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the U.S.A.

Program intended for internal RTX interns/co-ops, & external entry level professionals looking to create value & grow their career at RTX.
This 1st rotation takes places in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
What You Will Do
Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments.
Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen.
We are seeking candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today’s cutting-edge technology to design digital electronic circuits, FPGAs and radar processing systems that implement digital signal processing, communications, control and/or radar processing designs. Our technology base includes high-speed digital electronics, configurable logic, and homogeneous / heterogeneous multiprocessor designs.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Electrical or Computer Engineering; degree must be obtained between December 2024 - May 30, 2025.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
Experience or knowledge of VHDL, Verilog and/or circuit design.
Experience or knowledge of Matlab and/or C programming.
Experience or knowledge of circuit analysis.
Qualifications We Prefer
Cumulative 3.2 GPA.
Experience with digital signal processing.
Experience with SPICE tools.
Experience with CAD tools such as Xpedition, Allegro or OrCAD.
