• Our two-year, rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) provides challenging opportunities via short-term work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the U.S.A.

• This 1st rotation takes places in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.

What You Will Do

• Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments.

• Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen.

• We are seeking candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today’s cutting-edge technology to design digital electronic circuits, FPGAs and radar processing systems that implement digital signal processing, communications, control and/or radar processing designs. Our technology base includes high-speed digital electronics, configurable logic, and homogeneous / heterogeneous multiprocessor designs.

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Electrical or Computer Engineering; degree must be obtained between December 2024 - May 30, 2025.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

• Experience or knowledge of VHDL, Verilog and/or circuit design.

• Experience or knowledge of Matlab and/or C programming.

• Experience or knowledge of circuit analysis.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Cumulative 3.2 GPA.

• Experience with digital signal processing.

• Experience with SPICE tools.

• Experience with CAD tools such as Xpedition, Allegro or OrCAD.

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
