Under broad supervision, responsible for all phases of assigned standard engineering projects, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at appropriate cost. Prepares or secures and reviews cost estimates, compiles required cost and equipment information, and writes appropriation requests. Originates formal project requests. Investigates problems and requirements of projects, and develops plans for solutions in line with economic, personnel, and environmental considerations. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.
