Job Title: Locum Tenens - Otolaryngology Physician

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Otolaryngology Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of December 2025. Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Certified
- Licensed in Wisconsin State or IMLC
- ACLS Certification Required
- BLS Certification Required
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- EPIC Preferred
