DUTIES:                               Design and develop new software and web applications in an Agile environment using Python; use Jedox and its components, including Jedox Web, Jedox Modeler, Jedox Integrator, and Jedox Workflow for data analysis, modeling, integration, reporting, and workflow management; manage platform storage, perform data movements across environments, and monitor application performance using Jedox Cloud Console; define software features, epics, and user stories using Jira; write SQL queries in Teradata; perform Linux shell scripting; develop reports and dashboards using Tableau; develop data processing pipelines using AWS; generate business intelligence reports using SAP BO Web Intelligence and SAP crystal reports; build and support integration solutions using Informatica Power Center and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS); write complex SQL queries using OracleSQL; build and maintain PL/SQL code; support applications under development and customize current applications; assist with the software update process for existing applications, and roll-outs of software releases; analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications; document all development activity; research, write, and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations and reports; monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products; review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects; collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements; conduct analysis to determine integration needs; work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS:             Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience developing software in an Agile environment using Python; using Jedox and its components, including Jedox Web, Jedox Modeler, Jedox Integrator, and Jedox Workflow for data analysis, modeling, integration, reporting, and workflow management; managing platform storage, performing data movements across environments, and monitoring application performance; defining software features, epics, and user stories using Jira; writing SQL queries in Teradata; performing Linux shell scripting; developing reports and dashboards; developing data processing pipelines; generating business intelligence reports; building and supporting integration solutions using Informatica; writing complex SQL queries; and building and maintaining PL/SQL code.
