In this role, you will work with the Executive team and Operational Business Partners on organizational performance insights. You’ll design and implement reporting and KPI frameworks, uphold governance standards, and lead cross-functional projects that surface actionable business insights. You will ensure our analytics capabilities stay ahead of industry trends. Reporting to the Director of Performance Insights and Analytics within Global Business Operations, you’ll serve as a key partner to business leaders, proactively identifying gaps, connecting fragmented needs, and translating business goals into measurable KPIs. You’ll manage relationships and project priorities through influence, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and facilitate meetings that drive clear outcomes.
