Clinical Trial Educator - Surgical Delivery Liaison - KAB30384

The Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) Surgical Delivery Liaison is responsible for assisting in developing and implementing surgical training plans and strategy, assists with developing surgical training materials and conducts surgical training of study Investigators, supporting the clinical trials. This is a full-time, field-based position with oversight and management for teams responsible for high touch engagement with clinical sites for all protocol, surgical, medical and scientific related support for the clinical trial. Up to 75% travel may be required
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
- Clinical Research experience required
- RN license preferred
- CCRC preferred
- Therapeutic expertise in Ophthalmology preferred
- Project management skills – to deliver on complex tasks within timeframe and manage milestones
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with a wide range of people
- Business experience a plus
- Customer service skills
- Excellent technology and administrative skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in local language
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and complete activities across multiple functions
- Able to work independently - candidates should be self-motivated
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Frequent travel up to 75%, with potential for overnight stays

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $74,900.00 - $124,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
