Job Description

Principle Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support and enable our Regional Sales teams in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency. This role will serve as a key bridge between Regional Visa Direct and Global teams ensuring cross functional alignment, data-driven decision-making, and seamless execution of initiatives.

 

1. Strategic Support:

  • Assist the Head of Global Visa Direct Revenue Operations in evaluating global and regional, internal and external strategic projects aimed at increasing revenue. Support the coordination of strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue.

  • Help to achieve the long-term revenue and transformation of Global Visa Direct while working with key members of the Global CMS and Visa Direct Teams, regional Visa Direct teams as well as but not limited to Finance, Pricing, Deal teams on an ongoing basis.

  • Be the strategic partner to the Head of Global Visa Direct Revenue Operations, organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision-making.

  • Manage specific deliverables for the Head of Global Visa Direct Revenue Operations ensuring timely completion, including ensuring that expected actions are acted upon and addressing time-sensitive business requests from senior management.

 

2. Revenue Optimization:

  • Maintain, enhance, and automate Visa Direct sales tracking tools to simplify, visualize, and control sales data, enabling Regional Sales teams to work more effectively. Build new tools as needed to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Business Planning & Operations teams to gather insights on revenue opportunities, operational inefficiencies, blockers, and market challenges. Translate regional feedback into actionable strategies at the global level.

  • Partner with multiple teams across the organization to implement revenue improvement initiatives. Lead process design and development from scratch when needed, ensuring alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and smooth execution to build a best-in-class sales organization.

  • Support the Visa Direct team in strategic decision-making, leveraging data and analytics to drive revenue optimization.

  • Ensure the successful implementation of pricing changes across regions. Track and pursue pricing opportunities for Visa Direct identified by regional teams. Partner with the Pricing team to relay sales feedback and ensure pricing updates are effectively executed.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement best practices across the sales organization.

 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Strong analytical background and extensive minimum 5 years experience in revenue optimization, forecasting, and budgeting in multinational organizations.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately.
  • Self-motivated, 'can do’ attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
  • Strong PC and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
