Job Summary:

Specializing in automation services, plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that drive our automation initiatives. Leverages expertise in Databricks, SQL Server, and Tableau to create robust data pipelines, data that powers automation solutions forward and interacts with scripting and AI Agents, insightful analytics, and interactive visualizations that support decision-making and operational efficiency. Develops and modifies Business Intelligence solutions independently. Implements large/multiple development projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, ETL processes, and Automation data using Databricks and SQL Server to support automation services.
• Create, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.

• Develop and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in BI, data analytics, and automation technologies.• Ensures appropriate documentation for all development and modification.
• Ensures integrity and security of institutional data.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer with a focus on automation services.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including complex query writing, optimization, and database management.

- Expertise in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:
• Data Warehousing (Intermediate): Designed a system in which data warehousing was a primary component. Has detailed knowledge of corporate, as well as local, data warehouse models. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of options available in various data warehouse components. Demonstrates an understanding of the different data warehouse structures , both in theory and practical application. Capable of predicting performance on the basis of the available options and environments, including the ability to synthesize local and regional data requirements into a specific data warehouse application.
• Data Marts (Intermediate): Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the effective application, operation or practice in complex applications. Experienced in all core features and functions. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of advanced concepts. Applies concepts and tools consistently in delivering applications. May have successfully completed training in advanced techniques, features and tools.
• Business Intelligence Tools (Intermediate): Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the effective use of the tool in complex applications. Experienced in all core features of the tool.
