WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING| THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent organizational skills with a creative mindset, enabling them to handle a variety of tasks that support the administrative needs of the leadership team.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the calendar, meetings, and appointments for the executive team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior leaders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for company initiatives, ensuring smooth execution.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events and marketing collateral
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming communications and requests.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digitally and physically.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING| THE PERSON
- Minimum of 3-5 years Executive Assistant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
